The fundamental idea behind Apprenticeships is that trainees benefit from a work-based learning (WBL) approach and you as an employer are developing qualified staff for the future with all-round practical experience of your business.
Apprenticeships are work-based qualifications that consist of NVQ’s Key Skills and Technical Certificates and are usually delivered on a day-release basis.
